UPDATE: Sept. 3, 2019
12:15pm

Hello Lifepoint Family, Friends and Neighbors -

With Hurricane Dorian now making northern movement towards the Carolina's, we are making preparations and taking necessary precautions.

That said, we are making a slight change to tomorrow's Night of Worship. We will now be hosting this event ONLINE ONLY. We want to ensure that your safety is a top priority. In addition, using the online platform will allow you to worship where you are with family, friends and neighbors. Matthew 18:20 reminds us that "For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.” The Night of Worship online will begin at 7pm tomorrow (Wednesday) and will feature worship music and a special message from Pastor Jeff Kapusta. Viewing will be made available at lifepointnow.com/live, the Lifepoint App, as well as Facebook.

As we continue to support our outreach partners and consider potential needs for our area as a result of Hurricane Dorian, we will be collecting the following items during regular office hours (9am-5pm) at our Pine Valley campus:
*NOTE: Office hours may change depending on weather conditions.

  • Pop top canned goods like: chef boyardee, dinty moore, del monte (fruit)
  • Oatmeal cream pies
  • Small packs of peanuts
  • Cereal
  • Club crackers
  • Cases of bottled water
  • Diapers

Stay connected to our social media channels for updates and more. Be safe!

UPDATE: Sept. 2, 2019

Hello Lifepoint Family, Friends and Neighbors -

As Hurricane Dorian continues its track towards the Carolinas, we will be providing updates as it relates to safety tips, needs, volunteer opportunities, scheduled events and more.

For now, we ask that everyone in the storms path remain both safe and smart.

Already, our outreach team has been in contact with our ministry partners as well as churches in the coastal areas of Florida, Georgia and South Carolina in preparation for this storm.

Stay tuned as we will provide continuous updates in addition to needs as they arise.

For those interested in our Night of Worship this upcoming Wednesday Night, it is still on schedule at this time and slated to begin at 7pm at our Pine Valley Campus near the intersection of S. College and 17th.

Thank you and be safe.
