Louisiana Flood Relief

Flood waters have wreaked havoc across the southern area of the state of Louisiana. Houses are destroyed, families are displaced, and people are without power. Through our partnership with ARC we were able to identify and establish relief efforts with two amazing churches in Louisiana that are being directly impacted by the flood. Bethany Church is coordinating the relief efforts in the Baton Rouge area and Our Saviors Church is coordinating relief efforts for the Acadiana region.  Both churches will be working hand-in-hand with all the churches in their areas to be the hands and feet of Jesus over the next several weeks.

We're told, that currently, the greatest need is a financial one. Churches in the areas are in need of funds to begin the relief efforts and several are in need of direct financial help as they will not be able to hold normal weekend services this weekend and, perhaps, for several weeks to come.  Additional needs in the coming days will include volunteer teams, construction crews, water and non-perishable food items.

To give financially and to volunteer in other ways, please go to bethany.com and oursaviorschurch.com.  Both websites are being updated constantly with the latest information and continuing needs.
