God called Pastor Jeff to launch Lifepoint Church in Wilmington NC, as a place for people to find life in Christ. Every element that a guest experiences at Lifepoint is powered by our incredible Dream Team, a group of volunteers committed to showing the love of Jesus in both practical and unexpected ways. Getting connected to our Dream Team enables you to be the hands and feet that take the vision God has given for Lifepoint and makes seeing lives changed every week a reality. We believe you are never more like Jesus than when you're serving others!

Guest Services
If you love people, this is the area for you. These teams partner with one another to make our guests feel welcomed and honored from the very moment they arrive on campus.

Parking Team
First impression. Creates a friendly and fun experience in our church parking lot by directing traffic and keeping spirits high.

Greeting Team
Welcomes every person who comes to our church. Greeters are stationed in specific areas including every entrance to the church and at every activity room entrance.

Usher Team
Assists guests into the auditorium by helping them find seats, making them feel at home and minimizing distractions so they can focus on the message and connecting with God.

First Time Guest Team
Ensures our guests are honored and know exactly where the auditorium, children's check-in, and restrooms are located. They follow up with guests after the services, answer questions, provide information, and hand out gifts.

Connections Team
Provide people with resources to grow in their relationship with God, connect with other people through Life Groups, and partner with Lifepoint through serving.

Public Safety Team
Secures our children's areas, oversee general meeting areas and help with any other situations that may arise. This team also includes medics who are trained to assist in situations until help arrives.

VHQ Team
Creates great environments for Dream Team members to meet, pray, plan and prepare to serve. Also provides snacks and refreshments for our volunteers.

Merchandise Team
Assists guests with books, CD's, t-shirts, and other various resources.

Follow Up Team
- Monday evenings
Contacts first time guests to make a second connection and answer questions (they get to hear a lot of great stories). This team also writes birthday cards for members and guests of Lifepoint.
Administration
Offers behind-the-scenes opportunites for people to use their gifts to assist with important tasks.

Data Entry Team
- Sunday afternoons and Monday mornings
Enters prayer requests and information from connection cards collected during our services on Sunday's into the Lifepoint database for follow up.

Office Assistant - Monday-Thursday each week during office hours
The first point of contact for anyone visiting the church office during the week. Assists guests, answers phones and other various projects as assigned.
Production Team
Creates dynamic and engaging environments where people can grow in their love for God. Production team members help run everything you see in the auditorium during our Sunday services. Production offers both technical and non-technical opportunities.

Camera Team
Setup and operate cameras for live feed in service and record services for use on the web and podcasting.

Lighting Team
Setup and operate lighting systems in the auditorium to enhance worship and preaching through use of appropriate colors, levels and transitions.

Computer Graphics Team
This team is responsible for everything that appears on the screens and TV's during the worship experience such as graphics, lyrics for songs, scripture on screens, and videos.

Stage Volunteers
Provide distraction free experience for guests by aiding in placement and removal of mics, pulpit, and stage props.
Care Team
Exists to meet the physical and spiritual needs of members and guests at Lifepoint Church through loving, serving, counseling, praying, and providing meals.

Experience Care Team
Serves an immediate outlet for prayer and brief counsel as needed for those in attendance before, during and after Sunday morning services.

Life Coach Team
Provides our members and guests with personal, spiritual and Biblically based counseling. Life Coaches, while not licensed counselors, are all partners of Lifepoint whose desire is to serve and care for people who may be struggling with circumstances and difficulties of life.

Meals Team
Provides meals, visits, prayer and comfort during hospitalizations, births, bereavement, or other moments of need or crisis.
KidZone
KidZone partners with parents to grow kids who love God, love others and serve the world! Support Lifepoint's childrens ministry in a variety of ways from greeting, check-in, acting, teaching, production support and more.
United Generation
The student ministry of Lifepoint Church utilizes many of the same guests services roles that you would see on Sunday mornings. Help middle school and high school students love God, love others, and serve the world. Wednesday evening availability required.
