We believe as people choose to serve, whether in our church, in the local community, or around the world, the impact of that service will change lives— It impacts those serving.  It impacts the people they serve. It even impacts those who see them giving their time to help others.

You're never more like Jesus than when you serve.
Pastor Jeff Kapusta

In Our Church

Sundays at Lifepoint wouldn’t be possible without an army of volunteers we call the Dream Team. As awesome as our volunteers are, we’ll never reach our potential without you on the team! If you’re interested in using your gifts to make a difference in the church your next step is to attend Growth Track.

In Our Community

As a church, we want to be known for our generosity—with both our time and money—toward those in our local community.

Through our strategic partnerships with great local nonprofits and our church's initiatives, we provide opportunities to meet the real needs of our community as we serve together.

Our most recent initiative, Linking People With Purpose, identifies your God-given skillsets through a short survey so that we can link your passion to community needs.

Amigos for Christ exists to serve and to inspire others to do the same. They feel that, through service, they can create opportunities for growth, both for those who serve and those who are being served. Working internationally in Nicaragua, they promote rural development in the areas of water and sanitation, health care, education and nutrition, small business, and community development.

Relate coaching is a four-part initiative designed to help pastors see growth in their church. The unique thing that sets Relate Coaching apart is that everything is done in the context of relationships. Relate wants pastors to know that they are not on their own, but that there are like-minded pastors eager to come alongside and help accomplish the vision God has given them. Relate has spent a great deal of time seeking to understand why some churches grow, and has taken the elements of successful church growth and packaged them in a way that’s easy to understand and implement. –

Dan & Lauren Mullis - Dan holds a position with FCA as the Area Rep for New Hanover County. The mission of FCA is to lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. The unique aspect of this ministry is the access and favor they have in our public schools to meet students, athletes, and coaches where they are. Dan and Lauren share with them their lives and the truth of the Gospel, in partnership with the local church.

Jared & Beth Scheirer - The call to full time ministry came to Jared in 2015 while on a mission trip to Nicaragua with Lifepoint and since then they have been moving forward by taking small, consistent steps of faith.  In July 2018, the Scheirer family will head to Africa on a mission to see the worship of Jesus Christ spread across the continent of Africa – through individual lives fully committed to him and collectively through Christ-centered church communities.
