Jeff is a Husband, Father, Pastor, Surfer, Mac Addict...but most of all he is an IDIOT. He is unqualified and undeserving of every great thing he has been blessed with. Jeff has a beautiful wife, Michelle, and three awesome kids, Riley, Kenly, and Emery. He is living a dream...one he never imagined. Jeff is a passionate individual who has been captured by the love of Jesus and hasn't got over it yet. He firmly believes that IDIOTS in love with Jesus will reshape the world. Jeff lives to point people to life!

Strickland - executive pastor
Daryl is a coach, an engineer, and a rapper. Daryl loves God, loves forward motion and loves his family. He was born and raised in NC, went to high school in Fayetteville, college in Charlotte and started full-time in ministry in 2003. God has blessed Daryl with an awesome wife (Kelli) and three awesome kids (Noah, Victoria and Philip). Besides his duties at Lifepoint, he helped coach the 2007 4A State Champs in football.

Brad is an artist, a surfer, a creator, a coffee addict, and a college dropout. He's just a normal guy that has a dream job. He is also marrying way out of his league to a girl named Jill on May 17th. His passion in life is to see lives changed by using creativity in the local church. He strongly believes that the church should be the most creative place on Earth. He also thinks church should not be relevant but instead, set the pace for our culture. He also is thinking how weird this is to write a bio about yourself in third person.
Tiffany Poston - director of children's ministry
Tiffany is a multi-faceted laughing, energetic, passionate, Hanson loving, High School Musical dancing fool. She likes crunchy cookies and soft.....french fries. She also has a heart for missions and loves her mom Shelby, who lives in.....Shelby. After graduating from UNCW in the Spring of 2007, she answered God's call to children's ministry at Lifepoint, and hasn't looked back since. She strives to show children that church is fun and that God is relevant to them.
Drew Naska - director of music
Drew believes that leading worship is a life thing and the fact that we can use music to express it is an added bonus. Music is an amazing gift we've been given to tell our story, to share our faith, and to point people to Christ. Drew has been blessed with an amazingly gifted wife, Sarah who keeps him inspired by her passion, and a "rocker in training" son named Eli. He believes in going after the dreams God has placed in your heart and the means to get there will follow.
Dave Holt - director of students
Dave is brilliant, funny, handsome, humble, and is writing this bio. Dave, his wife Kristen, and dog Lola live in the sprawling metropolis of Leland, NC. While not at work, you can find Dave working out, singing, watching a NC State game, being terrible at golf, or just hanging out with friends. Dave is extremely blessed to work at Lifepoint, and loves investing in the lives of teenagers so that they can have a positive impact in our culture for Jesus. Dave lives to point people to life!
